I purchased this heavy duty carbon steel paella pan at Sur La Table, when I took a Paella cooking class. Used it that one time and haven't used it again! 🤣 I have to be honest, I love paella (just not the work!) but this pan really did produce a beautiful socarrat. You can use this paella pan either in the oven, on top of the stove, or on an outdoor grill. Makes about 6 servings. Brand (not on pan, it was on a paper round stuck in the middle) is Magefesa, made in Spain.
