sarafina24 @karenakp Hi, what brand is the flat iron? Also, i was wondering if you can quickly look at the flat iron and tell me if when you close the plates using the handle (not the grip tip), do the plates come completely together and tightly shut closed? Or is there a small gap between the plates??? I just got the babyliss pro nano titanium 3000 and am returning it because there is a gap between the plates and do not want to have this problem again.... thanks!
