Pretty sky blue lightweight sweater from Chico's. This is a cardigan type sweater designed to tie at the waist - or you could leave it open. It has long sleeves. There are cutout designs--the right shoulder around to the back and down the right sleeves, the front left bottom that goes around to the back and on the bottom of the left sleeve.
