SWEATERS 3 for $20- Fresh Sweater

This is a funky neon sweater that is literally so cozy and comfortable. I love it because you can wear it just as is, or wear it as a sweatshirt. It's a size small but could easily be a medium and be worn with a tighter, sexier fit. I'm 5'2 so you can understand the size. It's warm and soft and looks great with leggings.
