Cute Sweet Pea off the shoulder dress by Stacy Frati. It is a comfortable lightweight mini dress with an elastic waist you can wear low or on the waist. It is double fabric on the body and single semi sheer on the sleeves! It would be a great travel dress. It is hard to photograph it without having it on, but it is super cute!
