New with tags NY&Co (7th Ave Design Studio) absolutely gorgeous flowy but heavy skirt! size 8 (NO STRETCH in zippered waist, belt is more decorative even though detaches) Black and White stripes belt has silver buckle Material: 92% polyester/ 8% spandex Long (43.5in) so tall girl friendly really want to keep this, but doubt I'll ever be able to zip it again lol... Would have worn with a sleeveless lace shirt
