Hi, does this have any stretch at all? Also, what is the measurement across the very top of the skirt by the zipper? Also what is the length of the skirt? Thanks!

@cm624888 hello! There is a minimal elasticity to it but not a lot. The waist line measures 12 inches across when lain flat. So it’s roughly 24 inch at the waist. From the top of the waist down to the seam, it measures approximately 15 1/2 inches tall this is basically a miniskirt, above the knee.
