Sacai dual texture linen skirt.

From Japanese label, Sacai. Both lux and really ahead of its time. With one half, a flat weave linen panel and the other, a crinkled, disheveled pleated panel. Contrast blue waistband. 90linen/10poly with a partial Cupro lining. Fits up to a 30" waist. 24" length. Note: label was removed but fabric label is intact. The 2nd pic shows how it's meant to be worn with the flat panel in the front. I've always worn it like that or as the first picture shows. Made by the Sacai Assoc. in Japan.
