Gently preowned in good condition, Sachin+BaBi women's brocade high-low blue, white floral print skirt size 4P. Shell 54% polyester 42% cotton Black ribbon trim on the waist, high low hem, back zipper with hook closure. Has pockets! Dry clean only. Only flaw is a slight water stain at a couple of the seams, very hard to notice (one can’t be seen because it’s in the folds of the skirt. I circled the visible one in red on one of the photos). I assume they will come out with dry cleaning. I tend not to dry clean items because it's nearly impossible to recoup my costs after that expense, my dry cleaner charges $10 and up, per item. By not dry cleaning items, I am able to extend the savings to my buyers and my prices are low to reflect any flaws (they are already lower than any other listing I've found online for this item.) I consider reasonable offers, bear in mind that it takes time to photograph and write listings, the time/cost of packaging and printing labels, and Poshmark takes 20% of all sales.
