This beautiful skirt is 100% cotton and is colorful and reflective! There are several tiers of patterns sewn together and the front area has mirrored circles sewn onto it. It reflects light and gives a shimmer. It says “fits most” but it runs small and will best fit a size 4,6,8. Approx measurements lying flat: Waist: 14” Length: 27”-30”
