presentperfect It is very soft and light, and it is a little stretchy. I have added another picture showing the back, which has an elastic band at the waist.

presentperfect Measuring on the back from the very top of shoulder (just next to neckline) to the bottom of the elastic is 19" and on the front it's 20-22" if the drapey part is pulled all the way down. I hope this helps!
