Sadler England (marked on bottom) Made in England 5.5 cup capacity teapot tea pot Brown Betty vintage style Dark brown iridescent glaze Pre-owned tea pot in very good to near excellent vintage condition. No chips cracks crazing. Sold as is. Please expect some light scuffs or signs of normal wear due to age and years of use. Some minor manufacturers issues: 1) small glaze bubble at bottom base. See pic with blue pen pointing this out. 2) on underside of removable top two small glaze areas were missed so a little lighter. Not chipped. See pic with 2 blue pens. 3) on the knob on top lid another tiny glaze bubble. See pic with blue pen. Exterior glaze is very thoroughly coated and applied. Very glossy, shiny and prone to fingerprints. (I am guessing that this manufacturer double glazes the exterior but only single glazes the interior or underside. Please do your own research.) As such, interior glaze may be a little lighter or with glaze bubbles. Interior cannot be photographed with my camera. Holds 5.5 cups (8 ounce). Tested.
