Safety shirt NWOT

Brand new, never worn, just tried on after the tags were pulled off. I have the measurements in the pictures. This was just too restrictive for my 2X husband. There are a couple small smudges, was there when I bought it. This has not been washed but I can if you would like me to if you purchase it.
