Boho embroidered trim Saffire "Fleur" blouse with off the shoulder neckline. Beautiful long very full bell sleeves, scalloped hem. Greyish tan. Sold at Neiman Marcus. Size extra small. Can't really do measurements for this, but the flowing style would most likey fit a size small also.
