These really nice pants are 65% polyester and 35% rayon and have double pleats 2 pockets Zipper and button closure Belt loops and Approx 3” stretchy waist on both sides of pants Inseam (Crotch to hem): 29.5” Waist to hem: 43” Waist (flat lay): 16” (with my fingers I stretched to 17.5” (there’s stretch on both sides)
