thymetraveler Hi! Would you call this a "dirty" hue or a "dusty" hue? Also, it looks kind of greyish tan beige from here, so I don't really know where the green is?

samadsalameh @yanarlee hi sorry for the delay I was traveling. The waist is 32 to 34 but it is elastic so it stretches to 42 inches. The hips are open because it’s pleated so it’s will fit anyone pretty much. Thank you
