rlmatthews19 Hello, you mentioned the width is 27”… what part of the skirt is that? I just want to confirm the waist measurement. Is this a pencil skirt or A line? Does it have any stretch? Sorry for all the questions 😳 Thanks Rebecca

jewels744 @rlmatthews19 waist is 20 across, 29 halfway day and 40 on bottom. it is straight but not pencil style
