Measurements (note: pinned to dress form): Waist: 26" Hips: Free Length: 33 1/2" (ankle-length) Material: 85% cotton, 15% polyester Care Label: Hand wash separately in cold water, do not bleach. Notes: I have labelled it "small" based on the measurements, for although it is not old enough to be considered "vintage" (purchased 15 years ago), it may not be a cotemporary size 2. Also, I pinned it to the dress form. As it is ankle-length, it is about the correct length for someone going for a c. 1915 look, or for a young woman in her mid-teens from the Victorian/Edwardian era.
