Sage green v-neck blouse with cross body detail. This top has an elastic waist band around the entire body so it always looks tucked in both in front and in back. On the bottom left side there is a tie detail (decorative only). Loose, short sleeves - the left sleeve does have a very minor, hardly noticeable spot (see photo). Otherwise in excellent condition.
