shellsbells222 @merryberke hi! The brand is GiGiO USA. The sleeve is sort of a butterfly with the loose fit. The Large is in the package but the cross measure on the Small was around 19” P to P. It’s a boutique brand so the GiGiO USA is funny made in China. There is no fabric or washing instructions. It feels like a soft rayon blend to me so I would do cold water and hang or flat dry. It is a really cute top
