Sage Green Velvet/Velour Tunic w/ Bell Sleeves

Reposhing this item I purchased from @abrantley4. Loved the sleeved, but unfortunately they were too long for me (I'm 5'1"). Great condition! Sad I won't get to wear this sage green, velvet beauty for fall through the holidays and into winter. ~22" shoulder to hem ~24" pit to pit
