💚 Sage Smocked Dress

Used once! I'm sad that this dress was not holding up as I thought it would be. It's cute on because of the smocked top, flowy bottom, criss cross laced back and cold shoulders. Loose threads are shown in pictures. Size M Color is dark navy blue and white.
