Sahalie Be Free Transport skort. Outer flared skirt made of sturdy but swingy material with built-in stretchy athletic mesh shorts underneath. Slit pockets in back, belt loops all around, metal button & zipper closure in front. Brand is Sahalie, which appears to be no longer on the market. Outer skirt is 92% nylon & 8% spandex, and built-in shorts are 92% polyester, 8% spandex. Length 18.5 inches in front, 19 inches in back. Purchased new from Sahalie in 2015, barely worn, excellent condition.
