Sail to Sable Off-Shoulder Tassel Top

Perfect summer top! EUC Navy blue Sail to Sable XS top with baby blue tassels on the sleeves and hem. Fabric is lightweight and fully lined 100% cotton. I can see no damage - excellent pre-owned condition. All measurements are approximate and taken flat. pit to pit: 17in Fabric had stretch. Neckline has stretch (elastic) so you can wear it off the shoulder or on your shoulders.
