Lolly Wolly Doodle!! This is a southern online boutique short dress made in North Carolina. It's a knit material with stretch. Worn twice as a tunic with a top underneath for modesty, yet it is sold on the wrbsite as a dress. Sixe XXL in navy blue and white with sailboats on the hem. It's darling! Excellent condition, no pilling, holes, stains, etc. Non-smoking home, but cat friendly! BUNDLE to SAVE!
