Sailing Skirt - Interdee La Parisiene

Reposhing this item I purchased from @luckierachel. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Beautiful French Made Tulle Skirt from the small boutique. Brand new. 70% Cotton, 30% Viscose. Love it so much, excellent quality, I have clothes from this brand. I’m wearing SZ M, that skit real SZ XS-S. See measurements. Waist approximately 13”.
