Sailor style light navy pants

Sailor style light navy and white stripe pants. Cute white buttons at the top going down the sides. The pants have a slight flare at the bottom. I hemmed the pants with a white double stitch to fit me - I am 5'4". Purchased these from Anthropologie, but the brand is Soprano. Slight brown stain near the bottom. Circa 2005. Soprano, size 27. Waist 14.5 inches (approximate).
