Sailor/Schoolgirl Halloween Costume (Top + Skirt)

well-made sailor costume, perfect for cosplay and Halloween! 🎃 the top has a red piece of fabric that could be adjusted tighter or looser by a black Velcro band. 🍁 the skirt is pleated and has a button and zipper on the side. lightly worn twice. both the top and bottom are extra-large, but could fit a medium and a large as well!
