Saint Blue & White Polka Dot Jersey Dress, Sz S/M

Blue & white polka dot jersey knit dress by Saint. Has a tie adjustable high neckline & elastic waist. The tag got cut out but it fits like a size 4, so small to medium. I’m 5’9” and it hits just above my knee. Very lightweight & comfy, looks cute alone or paired with a cardigan or denim jacket.
