This is smocked dress perfection! This tank dress has a tank style square neckline with a subtle ruffle around the sleeves. There is smocking under the arms and at the waist for comfort. You can eat all the tacos in this dress! There is a little ruffle at the hem and side pockets. The bodice is intended to be slightly blousy. Made of 100% cotton with 100% cotton lining. This will be your go to throw on and feel comfy and fab dress! Measurements, Bust /Waist: The waist is very stretchy, this measurement is at rest but it will extend many inches!
