In excellent quality, worn only a little bit over the spring. I put the heel liners inside because I have very sensitive skin but they made the loafers too small for me. There is also a small piece of ripped leather inside on the bottom of the shoe (marked in yellow). You can’t really feel it when you wear them and it could probably be easily glued back - I didn’t even know it was there until I started taking pictures of the shoes. They’re beautiful and look great with anything - I just need them a half size bigger.
