princessola @tj_caccese this is a used bag of course and this is an older model as you know, but the condition is the same as in my photos, I actually never used it, I purchased it preowned.

tj_caccese @princessola I sent photos to customer service. Your pictures conveniently do not show any close up of any of the bottom front or back facing edges were the leather is worn away and discolored.
