Do these fit true to size or do they run small?

@theduchesscode I think they fit true to a size 40. I’m usually a 39.5 in the designer brands I own (Chanel, YSL, Dior, Louboutin, Miu Miu, Manolo, etc.) and these are just a smidge too big at the heel. But my feet are slightly wide, so sometimes I size up to accommodate it. I don’t buy toooo many shoes with a US sizing system, but I think that usually a 9 fits best.
