Front flap is a zippered pouch that runs the length of the purse, and, folds over front of purse, and, fastens with covered magnets. there are three pouches inside, one zippered. A zippered external pouch on back of purse. 12" wide that tapers to 10" at bottom of bag, and 10" tall. The strap is easily adjustable from 10" to 20". Excellent like new condition.
