Saks Fifth Ave rose quartz and semi precious stone three layer necklace

I believe this very feminine necklace is from Chan Luu but the little tag must have fell off. It has a toggle closure on metal strand to keep this beauty secure. It’s about 15” so even on my thin neck it is snug. If you have a small wrist, you can wrap it as a bracelet too:) Only worn a few times.
