Saks Fifth Avenue Red Feathered Dress

Marchesa Notte Strapless Flared Appliqué Gown Worn once It does have some water marks on the inside top of the dress. I got water on it. I have not had it dry cleaned for these. You can see in the pics, it’s slightly visible on one side under the arm. I also had a feather boa on with it and there are still some white feathers in it, see pic. I tried to pick most of them out
