Saks Fifth Avenue Ms Interpret wrap maxi skirt. One size but fits small to medium and has flexibility because it ties around waist. Vintage ~1970s or 80s. Colors are blue and orange. VGUC/GUC for age. Minor pilling and and skirt belt fray is not as loose as ideal. Fun colors!
