Saks Fifth Avenue Cold Shoulder Peasant Tunic

This is a white with blue floral embroidery and lining Saks Fifth Avenue cold shoulder peasant tunic with embellished strings and a fuzzy balls at the bottom lining. This top measures 30 inches from shoulder to hem, 19 inches from armpit to armpit, and 14.5 inches for sleeve length. This top is preloved with a stain and some of the fuzzy balls are tangled both of which are pictured.
