Salaam tunic top/short dress

Black and white, circles and dots print. I believe this is Salaam’s “Lucy” style - similar to their “Lexi” but shorter. Would be great with leggings or over pants as tunic. If measurements (see below) suit you, even a short dress. In great condition, no pilling. Pit to pit: 17” Length (from shoulder to hem): 33”
