ambarabella86 I decided to ship it to Louis Vuitton to have the hardware swapped out. It's in excellent condition as is, but the new lock will make it like new. The inside smells new. The hardware had very light scratches not seen with the naked eye However to make this bag like new I'm going to pay the fee to replace the black hardware with new hardware. It will add to the value! It's an extremely rare and gorgeous bag! I can see why they sold out.

ambarabella86 Louis Vuitton replaced the LV Black Lock with a new one. No more scratches or scuffs. I will update pictures soon! I am so excited! Bag is literally like new now! Minor wear to backside and other hardware parts. Inside great condition. Non smoking bag. Wear is to be expected because it was previously owned. NEW TWIST LOCK TO FRONT! LV REPAIRED IT! WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!
