I’m trying to decide if that’s too small… I have a Lulus bodysuit just like the top of this dress and it’s a small, and it isn’t backless… I measured and that’s closer to 13”… I am kind of broad through the chest/ribs but I worry a medium will be too big in the waist! Ugh!

hninzisue @krisjane22 Your comment made me realize I have both S and XS. 🤦‍♀️ I accidentally measured my xs one earlier. Sorry! I measured the S again and its about 13-13.5 inches.
