💥Sale!💥 Vintage skirt, self fabric is 100% silk. Tons of sequins. Can wear as a below the knee skirt for an Art Deco flapper look, or wear as a strapless tent dress for a modern look. Pics worn as a skirt have belt worn over. See last pic for close up of actual waistband. Can fit small or medium. Lining does not stretch so would not fit larger than medium. There are some loose sequins but bc there are so many, you can't tell. There aren't any bare spots.
