nickkyknicknack I would say fairly true to size. The fabric is very stretchy and the tank straps are adjustable. However, there is a bit of a built in bra I guess for modesty sake since the fabric is light and thin (basically just extra fabric layer with elastic hem) that could be snug but not as snug as a sports bra. It is made in the same super stretchy fabric as the rest of the set so I wouldn't say that if provides any support. Happy to take any measurements if you like!
