Sale-FC flowy skirt Embellished waist, fully lined

Runs SMALLER. Waist 16.25" at top. Side zip. Length 25". Lined. I wore at my hips so the details could be seen (120-125lbs). Great waist details! Small pink mark at the bottom of the waist (see pinky photo) and an inch tear in lining near the bottom side seam (see tag photo). Also some black (almost like newsprint transfer) on the flowy outer layer near the left rear flank/hip just below waist line (see photo). Still looks amazing! Will bundle (see brown xs BR sweater).
