Sally Lou Blue 80s Dress with Handkerchief Neckline

I love the simplicity of late 70s/early 80s dresses. Like this one, they tend to have a simple elastic waist and classic loose-fitting straight style otherwise. The color is a blue that borders on purple! I love the neckline on this dress - it adds a little extra fun to the otherwise very classic and simple dress. Check out the video to see the movement of the handkerchief neckline! There are belt loops but no belt. The fabric is very stretchy, probably a polyester/spandex blend.
