I demo shoes for running and have several pairs of these. These fit 6.5/7, but please ask me sizing before purchasing. Salming makes incredible shoes for technical conditions. Many use this brand for obstacle course racing because of their incredible grip!
These shoes have very minimal wear from taking pictures in them, but are almost perfect condition and not broken in.

I generally wear 7/7.5 would these be too small?

@sophiestrength hmm. I didn’t find they ran small, but maybe just me. I’m a size 38 as well and they fit perfectly. They are a pretty flexible shoe so they can expand a bit. I do know they make at least two other models that I found smaller, but I find these are true to size.

I’m also a 38. What shoe brands do you normally wear? That might help me gage if you would like these.
I wear a narrow normally, but this fit was off for me (I have extremely narrow ankles though).
I found they were a tiny bit big on me, but again it’s hard to say if they fit narrow.
They have some flex to them so personally I feel they could fit a decent range of foot width, if that makes sense?
