Is this a 'rain' parka? As in waterproof (or water resistant)? Also, which photo shows the stain on the sleeve? I don't see it. Thank you.

@ellie_leacock hi! This is just a regular jacket! Not water proof unfortunately. And the small stain is on the sleeve on the last photo! :)
