Saltaire black & white floral silk dress & slip

Saltaire black and white/off-white airy, see-through, floral silk/cotton dress with black slip. Tag says lining (slip?) is 100% silk - feels like satin to me. Slip has adjustable straps. It’s about 20” across at bust and waist. Dress measures about 20 1/2” from underarm to underarm, and about the same at the waist (where belt loops are). Length from top of back collar to bottom is about 39 3/4”.
