Saltaire textured dress Anthropologie

Amazing and unique dress with textures but light material in two shades of blue. Perfect for any season as a dress with flats or heels or over skinny black pants. If comes with a fabric belt to wrap around the waist. The dress is size small but would fit a medium due to the loose fit. I would include the belt size large. Purchased for $225 from a high boutique in California.
