Saltwater Luxe Rumi mini dress in size xs is the perfect summer dress that retails for $119. In excellent condition only worn once. Pockets on each side and a ruching & smocking stretchy chest making it easy to fit. Has buttons on the back of the straps for adjusting. I’m usually a size small but this still fit me comfortably. About 26” long from chest to leg excluding arm straps and 13”-14” chest Comes from a clean and smoke free home
